iHTCTeam (“we”, “us” or “our”) built iLunYu (also known as “爱论语” / “愛論語”, Bundle ID com.iHTCboy.iLunYu). This Privacy Policy explains what data is (and is not) handled when you use the app. Apple App Review and users may rely on this page as the public privacy URL.

Data Collection
We do not collect, sell, or share personal information for advertising or analytics. Your reading history, favorites, lists, and preferences stay on your device (and optionally in your iCloud). They are never uploaded to iHTCTeam servers.
How the App Works
- Bundled library — Chapter JSON and indexes ship inside the app / widget bundle.
- On-device speech — Recitation uses Apple’s system AVSpeechSynthesizer. We do not send text to iHTCTeam.
- Widgets & App Group — Shared via App Group

- Share cards — Rendered on device. Saving uses Photo Library add-only when you tap save.
- Optional tip — Consumable StoreKit purchase processed by Apple.

iCloud Sync (Optional)
If enabled, the app mirrors favorites, reading lists, reading history, study progress, and streaks through Apple’s NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore tied to your Apple ID. Sync traffic goes to Apple iCloud, not to iHTCTeam.
