iHTCTeam (“we”, “us” or “our”) built iExcel (also known as “爱表格” / “愛表格”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.
Summary
iExcel does not require an account and does not collect personal data on iHTCTeam servers. All learning content is bundled in the app and runs fully offline. Optional iCloud Sync stores favorites, progress, and preferences in your iCloud Key-Value Storage under your Apple ID. No ads. No tracking.
Data Collection
We do not operate analytics, advertising or tracking. Specifically:
- No personal information is collected by iHTCTeam (no name, email, phone number or iHTCTeam account).
- No usage analytics or crash-reporting SDKs are integrated.
- Your learning data stays on your devices and, if you enable sync, in Apple iCloud — not on iHTCTeam servers.
- No cookies or third-party trackers in the app.
How the App Works
iExcel stores user-generated data locally on your device:
- All learning content (functions, tips, lessons, quizzes, shortcuts) is bundled inside the app and never fetched from an external content server.
- No internet connection is required to browse, search, practice, or take quizzes.
- Optional iCloud sync uses Apple’s NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore when you are signed into iCloud and leave sync enabled. You can turn it off per device in Settings.
- Opening external links (e.g. feedback email, App Store pages) uses standard system networking; pages load directly from their hosts, not through any iHTCTeam server.

iCloud Sync (Optional)
When iCloud Sync is enabled and you are signed into iCloud:
- Synced: favorites, recents, mastered items, quiz scores, learning streak, last learn date, and preferences (language, appearance, category/favorites tab visibility, widget follows theme, sync flag).
- Not synced: Daily Function selection (chosen independently on each device).
- Storage: Apple iCloud Key-Value Storage, associated with your Apple ID.
- Opt-out: disable in Settings → iCloud Sync on any device; that device stops uploading and merging but keeps local data.
- iHTCTeam cannot read your iCloud container.
App Group (Widget Extension)
iExcel uses an App Group (group.com.iHTCboy.iExcel) to share a small snapshot with its widget extension:
- Localized titles and summaries for Daily Function and Favorites
- Progress counts and streak for the Progress widget
- Appearance override for widget chrome
This data is written to a shared container on your device only and is never transmitted by iHTCTeam.
Permissions
iExcel does not require camera, microphone, location, contacts, or photo library access for core learning features.
In-App Purchase
iExcel includes an optional tip / support the developer purchase. All payment transactions are handled exclusively by Apple’s StoreKit framework. iHTCTeam does not receive, process or store any payment card information or billing details.
What iExcel Is Not
iExcel is a learning reference and practice tool. It does not open, edit, or sync your Excel workbooks. The Formula Playground evaluates a limited set of patterns on fixed sample data and is not a spreadsheet engine. Excel is a trademark of Microsoft; this app is not affiliated with Microsoft.
Children’s Privacy
iExcel does not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone, including children under 13. Since we do not collect personal data, no special provisions are needed.

iCloud 同步（可选）
开启 iCloud 同步 且已登录 iCloud 时：
- 会同步： 收藏、最近浏览、已掌握条目、测验分、连续天数、上次学习日期，以及偏好（语言、外观、分类/收藏 Tab、小组件跟随主题、同步开关）。
- 不同步： 每日一函数的选择（各设备独立）。
- 存储位置： Apple iCloud 键值存储，关联你的 Apple ID。
- 关闭方式： 在任意设备的 设置 → iCloud 同步 关闭；该设备停止上传与合并，本地数据保留。
- iHTCTeam 无法读取你的 iCloud 容器。
App Group（小组件扩展）
爱表格使用 App Group（group.com.iHTCboy.iExcel）与小组件扩展共享少量快照：
- 每日一函数与收藏的本地化标题与摘要
- 进度计数与连续天数
- 小组件外观覆盖设置
这些数据仅写入设备本地共享容器，iHTCTeam 不会传输。
权限
核心学习功能不需要相机、麦克风、位置、通讯录或相册权限。
应用内购
爱表格包含可选的打赏开发者购买。所有支付交易完全由 Apple StoreKit 框架 处理。iHTCTeam 不接收、不处理、也不存储任何支付卡信息或账单细节。
应用不是什么
