No. iApp does not require registration or login. You can browse rankings and search apps in any supported region without switching your Apple ID on the device.

Where does the data come from?

All app information is fetched from Apple’s public iTunes Search API (itunes.apple.com). iApp is a third-party browser — not an official App Store client.

Can I download or install apps from iApp?

No. iApp only displays public store information. To download or purchase, tap Open in App Store on the detail page to launch the official App Store.

Is iApp affiliated with Apple?

No. iApp is an independent tool built by iHTCTeam contributors. It is not affiliated with Apple Inc.

What does iCloud Sync sync?

Only your favorites list. Enable or disable it in Settings → Data → iCloud Sync. Favorites sync via Apple’s iCloud Key-Value storage across devices signed in to the same Apple ID.

What does Subscription monitoring do?

You can watch specific App IDs for three events: new version released, app listed in a region, or app removed from a region. The app polls periodically (about every 30 seconds when active). Subscription data is stored locally on your device.

How do I favorite an app?

Swipe left on a row in rankings or search results, or tap the favorite button on the detail page. Favorited apps show a star in lists and appear in the Favorites tab.

Which regions and rankings are supported?

170+ countries and regions and 9 ranking types including Top Free, Top Paid, Top Grossing, New Apps, and iPad charts. 26 categories are available for filtering.

On the detail page, use Share to generate a card with the app icon, key info, and QR code. The preview matches what you share. You can also save images to your Photo Library (requires permission).

Does iApp work offline?

Rankings, search, and details require network access to fetch data from Apple’s API. Cached images may still display when revisiting recently viewed apps. Favorites and subscription lists are stored locally.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad — iOS 14.0+
Mac — macOS 11.0+ via Mac Catalyst

How do I get iApp?

Download from the App Store for iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Does iApp support URL Scheme or deep links?

No. iApp does not register a custom URL Scheme. You can copy store links from the detail page or open apps via https://apps.apple.com/app/id{APP_ID} in Safari or Shortcuts.

How do I change the app language?

The app display name is localized (iApp / 爱应用 / 愛應用). UI strings are primarily in Chinese; full English localization is planned.
